All pastors and elders are encouraged to attend one of two Elders Training events, March 16 at the Holden Convention Center in Gladstone, or April 6 at Roseburg Adventist Church. Each event will be held from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. These in-person trainings will cover essential topics such as leading yourself well to prevent burnout, the heart of Christian leadership, God's call to eldership, a workshop on the foundational principles of effective preaching, and more. It's a day designed to equip you and your team for greater impact in ministry!
