Gladstone Campus Suffers Major Storm Damage

Gladstone Campus Suffers Major Storm Damage

Today, the Oregon Conference office and Adventist Book Center (ABC) remain closed due to lack of electricity on the campus. We still have no ETA for when power will be restored.

Last weekend's ice and snow storm caused major damage to the Gladstone area, included the Gladstone Park campus. The heavy ice brought down trees and branches, snapped power poles, caused damage to buildings on campus.

The clean-up will take some time, though it began as soon as it safely could. The coming weeks and probably months will be spent in repairs and removal of the trees damaged beyond saving.

Until power is restored, the phone systems on campus are inactive. Oregon Conference personnel are working from home and are available via email in most cases, though some staff are still without power or internet access at their homes. You can find contact information on the Oregon Conference website.

Keep the clean up crews in prayers as they work hard to get the campus reopened.
