Regional Ministries Holds Leadership Summit

Regional Ministries Holds Leadership Summit

The Oregon Regional Ministries Department recently held its first annual Leadership Summit from January 20-22, and it was a great success. The summit was designed to help equip and empower local church leaders with the tools they need to effectively reach and minister to diverse communities. It was an incredible opportunity to bring together leaders from a variety of backgrounds and cultures to learn from one another and share their unique experiences.

The summit featured a top-notch lineup of guest speakers, including Dan Linrud, Dana Edmond, and Dave Schwinghammer. Each speaker brought their own unique perspective to the table, offering valuable insight and advice for those in attendance. The topics discussed included building bridges, multicultural awareness, and THRIVE (teams, health, revival, infrastructure, visitation, and equip).

The goal of the summit was to equip church leaders with the knowledge and resources necessary to effectively reach diverse communities. There was a special emphasis on improving human relations and breaking down barriers within these communities. It was truly an inspiring event, and we can only hope that the summit will help pave the way for a brighter future.
