Young Adults Getting Ready for Camp Meeting

Calling all young adults! Oregon Conference Young Adult Ministries team is planning a powerful week of worship, messages, conversations, and connection opportunities during this year's Oregon Conference Camp Meeting (July 19-24)! Each evening (Monday - Friday this year) there will be digital programming streamed live, starting at 8:00 pm PT, on the ORYA Facebook and Instagram accounts. Then on Sabbath morning (July 24), starting at 10:00 am, there will be a live “Speed Conversations” event at the Sunnyside Adventist Church in Portland.

On Sabbath morning (July 24), starting at 10am, there will be a live “Speed Conversations” event at the Sunnyside SDA Church. Tired of cliches and small talk? Living through the pandemic has left many of us feeling isolated, disconnected, and searching for deep, meaningful human connection. Oregon Young Adults and Humans of Adventism are teaming up for a live social event (in accordance with county recommendations) organized to reconnect and build new relationships through face-to-face conversations. Pulling from a set of 60 questions engineered to kickstart deeper conversations, HoA founder @kalebeisele will serve as the host for this event to facilitate connection and share best practices for listening to each other’s stories. The conversation time will be followed by a gourmet provided lunch.

Please register at oregonyoungadults.com so we know you are coming for the conversation and lunch.
