October is Pastor Appreciation Month, a special time to honor and support the dedicated individuals who serve as our pastors. Our pastors pour out their hearts in leading, serving, and praying for us. This month offers the opportunity to show our gratitude and love for all they do!

The thing is, in that season of life—while I didn't really know it—I was growing. I was changing. Though I wasn’t mindful of it, I was actually developing into the person God needed me to be today.

It was late November on the Oregon Coast. Twenty-five people—comprised of pastors and their spouses—gathered for a few days of voluntary spiritual retreat.

Seeking to encourage passion and support for gospel mission, pastors and church leaders from all corners of the Pacific Northwest came together in mid-November for an inspiring bootcamp aimed at bringing health and vitality back to their congregations.
