A beloved leader recently retired after nearly 20 years of service at Clark County Adventist Community Services. Eleanor Hetke served as a volunteer and eventually as the center’s executive director until her retirement this year – just before turning 90 years old!
Late on Saturday night, May 30, the Portland Adventist Academy Boys Varsity Volleyball team made history, winning the first-ever OSAA-sanctioned Boys Volleyball State Championship.

Former Oregon Conference Women's Ministries director, Corleen Johnson, passed away on Sabbath morning, May 23. During her time in ministry she helped ignite women's ministries across the NAD.
