The Oregon Conference has been working hard to effectively meet the needs of local congregations, while finding ways to responsibly deal with the financial challenges we currently face. That has meant many churches are now seeing pastoral transitions.
On Friday, May 8, 2020, six members of the Sweet Home Church arrived at the church fellowship hall where there was a variety of blooming potted flowers, books, cookies, and church directories. The flowers were for Mother’s Day! Those who weren’t mothers got a bag of homemade cookies. There was something for everyone!

On April 23, the Oregon Conference Executive Committee met and approved a recommendation from the Big Lake Youth Camp Advisory Committee to suspend all 2020 summer camp activities.
